At First Church Of God In Christ, we believe that giving comes from the heart and gratitude and not out of obligation. We love to give back to God because this is another way of worship to him and we are thankful for all he has done in our life. We give to God because he is worthy of our gifts and because continues to bless us continually!

Giving is a very important part of every Christian's life. In Malachi 3:10, the Lord tells us to "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and try me now in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you such a blessing, that there will not be room enough to receive it." Luke records in Acts 20:35 that Jesus himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" and he also records Jesus in Luke 6:38 when he said, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."

 

We want to encourage all to be cheerful givers but more importantly to pray about giving and give as God leads you. We have many ways to give and donate to this ministry.  We thankfully receive tithes, offerings, and seeds in person at service, by mail, and online using different methods.  For those who prefer online, you can use CashApp, Givelify, or the link below.
